Resonance is the natural harmony that arises when energy, sound and intention are in alignment. In life, resonance is what we feel when we are deeply in tune with ourselves, others and the world around us.
When we live in resonance, we live in flow. Stress subsides, clarity emerges and the body remembers its innate rhythm of balance and vitality. At the Resonance Retreat, we invite the body, mind and soul to tune in anew and vibrate at their most authentic frequency through yoga, meditation, sound baths and mindfulness exercises.
Eva is an internationally experienced yoga teacher, sound healer and retreat leader. With her background in wellness and ceremonies, she has guided groups around the world to deeper states of presence and connection.
At The Resonance Retreat, Eva weaves movement, sound and silence into a transformative experience that allows participants to restore their inner harmony and return home feeling renewed.
The retreat will take place from 16 April to 19 April 2026.
